Every word of Torah is D.I.V.I.N.E. – every single word contains a M.Y.S.T.E.R.Y!

The TORAH was given in the DESERT, not in the land of ISRAEL, because it was meant not simply for the JEWISH people but for humanity as a whole -the JEWS had zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.  Their ignorance consisted in not knowing God’s righteousness … seeking to establish their own righteousness, in doing this they did not submit themselves to God.  They were religious and kept the Torah outwardly, and Christ, Who is the end of the Torah, they sadly rejected! (Romans 10 v 4).

In both chapters of Genesis 5 and 11 there are 10 prominent names – both genealogies end with a man to whom God reveals Himself and with each a new dispensation begins – Noah and Abram.  When the line of Shem had failed God called Abram.

GENESIS 5

Adam – Man

Seth – Appointed

Enos – Mortality, frailty

Canaan – Sorrow, deplorable

Mahalalel – Blessed of God or The Blessed God

Jared – Shall come down, descends

Enoch – Teaching – Enoch is a type of the ‘living’ saints at the close of the Present Age, who will be raptured see also Jude 14/16, Hebrews 11 v 5

Methusalah – His death shall bring or Death sent away

Lamech – Despair, powerful

Noah – Comfort/Rest

Man appointed for mortality and sorrow, but the blessed of God shall come down teaching and His death shall bring the despairing to rest.

GENESIS 11

Shem – Name

Arpachshad – One that releases

Shelah – prayer, petition, peace

Eber (Hebrew) – He who passed over the region

Peleg – Division, a cleft, dividing

Reu – Associate, friend of God

Serug – Branch, shoot, to intertwine

Nahor – Snorting, breathing hard, Slayer! Inflamed heat!

Terah – Delay – Slowly born -  You may breathe

Abram – High Father!

‘SOUL’ and ‘HEAVEN’!

The gematria of נשמה  ‘neshamah’ (Genesis 2 v 7 Strong’s H5315) – which is the Hebrew word for ‘soul’ is 395

Nun – נ – 50, Shin – ש = 300, Mem – מ = 40, Hey – ה = 5 ..50 + 300 + 40 + 5 = 395

The numerical value of the ‘soul’ is identical to the numerical value of ‘hashamayim’ – השמים (the heaven)  Hey – ה = 5, Shin – ש = 300, Mem – מ = 40, Yod – י = 10, Mem – ם = 40 = 5 + 300 + 40 + 10 + 40 = 395.

This reveals that ‘death’ does not mean extinction,  what came from dust returns to the dust, “for dust you are and to dust you shall return.” (Genesis 3 v 19) However, the soul, is identical with heaven.  It came from God and will return to spend eternity with Him.  Hallelujah

The secret of the Hebrew alpha-bet letters teach …

Aleph to Bet – stands for learn ‘understanding’ … learn Torah.  Jesus is the end of the Torah (Romans 10 v 4)

Gimel to Dalet- stand for being kind to the poor – the ‘foot’ of the ‘gimel’ is stretched out to the ‘dalet’ of the ‘poor’ because it is proper for those who do kindness to run after the ‘needy’. Why is the ‘dalet’s’ face turned away from the ‘gimel’ because the rich should give to the poor descreetly.

Hey to Vav – hay-Vav is also the Name of God. will not only sustain you, as seen in the Zayin, as He sustains all His creatures .. but He will show favour as seen in the Hebrew word Chet.

The corner of the Hebrew letter Chet (ח) stands for ‘life’ as it is written in the Torah with its roof rising to a point.

CHET IS THE EIGHTH HEBREW LETTER REPRESENTING ‘LIFE’

God did everything for us on the first SEVEN DAYS of creation. Then to the first JEW He gave the commandment of circumcision, to be performed on the EIGHTH day (Genesis 17 v 10/14)  Its deeper meaning is that man must become a partner with God in the act of creation. We are the people of NUMBER EIGHT!

It was on the EIGHTH day of preparation Aaron was called by Moses to serve as High Priest “Now it came about on the EIGHTH day that Moses called Aaron and his sons and the elders of Israel; and he said to Aaron, “Take for yourself a calf, a bull, for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering, both without defect, and offer them before the LORD.” (Leviticus 9 v 1/2).

THE MAN CALLED ‘PRAISE’ IS RAISED ON THE ‘EIGHTH’ DAY! HALLELUJAH!

Aeneas is as type of Israel – the ministry of Peter is passing through the land … we read in Acts 9 v 33/35 of the man named Aeneas (he is a type of the nation of Israel) “And there was found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been paralyzed.  And Peter said to him, “Aeneas (‘praise’), Jesus Christ heals you; arise, and make your bed.”  And immediately he arose.   And all who lived at Lydda and Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord.,”

Peter is in the plain of Sharon,  Aeneas is not yet a disciple and he is paralyzed = God has not cast His people away forever (Romans 11 v 1) – Israel’s praise as a nation has been paralyzed – Isaiah 65 v 10 prophesies of the future day for Sharon, as seen in Acts 9 v 33/35 “And Sharon shall be a pasture land for flocks, and the valley of Achor (‘trouble’) a resting place for herds, for My people who seek Me.”

For when Israel is that ‘praise’ unto God, which she has never been yet, then there shall come a time of turning to God as the earth has not yet witnessed. Israel’s EIGHTH year will come.

John 7 v 37/39 – Christ on the last day (the EIGHTH day) of the Feast of Tabernacles stood and cried out “If any man is thirsty let him come to Me and drink.  He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, “From his innermost being shall flow rivers of living water.”

In the Temple the High Priest had to wear EIGHTH holy garments (Exodus 28 v 1/39)

EIGHT varieties of spices for the anointing oil – FOUR for the OIL – FOUR for the INCENSE (Exodus 30 v 23/24).

EIGHT poles to carry the vessels of the Sanctuary, two for the Ark, two for the Table, two for the Golden Altar, two for the Copper Altar (Exodus 25).

EIGHT musical instruments accompanying the Psalms of the Levites during the service, SEVEN instruments and the choir itself, a total of EIGHT.

From the EIGHTH day after their birth, animals could be offered for sacrifices in the Temple (Leviticus 22 v 27).

Hebrew letters from Samech to Shin – consist of Promises and Warning.

Samech – ס – Supporting the Fallen

Ayin = צ – The window of the soul

Peh – פ – The power of speech

Tsaddi – צ – The righteousness of the saints

Qof – ק – Holy unto the Lord

Resh – ר – Human reasoning verses Obedience

Shin -ש – Peace and Protection
